City Gal's Pecan Pie
More work than Super Simple Pecan Pie, but easier and faster than County Gal's Pecan Pie

1 1/4 cups dark corn syrup
4 large eggs
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 teaspoons flour
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup pecans
1 unbaked 9" pie shell

    1. Combine corn syrup, eggs sugar and butter in large bowl
    2. Beat with electric mixer on medium, until well mixed
    3. Stir in flour and vanilla
    4. Pour into pie crust
    5. Top with pecans
    6. Bake at 350o F for 40-45 minutes.
