Cream Cheese Icing
makes about 1 3/4 cups

3 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup butter (or margarine), softened
2 cups sifted powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

 

  1. Beat cream cheese and butter until creamy
  2. Add sugar, gradually
  3. Add vanilla, continue beating until well blended.
