Chocolate Fudge
2 cup sugar

3/4 cup evaporated milk

2 Tablespoons unsalted butter

6 oz. semisweet chocolate chips

1 cup nuts

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    1. Mix sugar and evaporated milk.
    2. Cover and microwave 4 - 5 minutes, until boiling, stirring once or twice
    3. Cover again and microwave on medium (50%) power 4 - 6 minutes, until mixture reaches a soft-ball stage 235o - 240o F
    4. Add butter, chocolate, nuts and vanilla.
    5. Stir until blended.
    6. Pour into a buttered 8" square dish.
    7. Let cool, then cut into small squares.
