Yuppie Veggie Crisps
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2  cup  chopped cooked greens  (spinach, kale, turnip greens, etc.)
       OR 1/2 cup chopped carrots
2 tablespoons oil or bacon drippings
1 tablespoon  alfalfa meal
2 tablespoons  brewers yeast
3/4teaspoon bone meal
  1. Mix all ingredients together. 
  2. Add enough milk, to make a firm dough. 
  3. Roll dough  and cut into shapes 
  4. Bake at 350 F until very lightly browned.
