Yuppie Pumpkin Seed Cookies
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/4  cup cornmeal
1/2  cup soy flour
1 teaspoon bone meal
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/4  cup pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons oil
1/4  cup molasses
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
  1. Mix dry ingredients
  2. In small bowl mix eggs and milk
  3. Add oil, molasses and all but 1 tablespoon of egg/milk mixture. 
  4. If needed add a little extra milk.
  5. Knead a few minutes, let dough rest 45 minutes. 
  6. Roll dough out to 1/2 inch  and cut into shapes 
  7. Brush with remaining the egg/milk mixture. 
  8. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes or until lightly brown 
  9. For a harder cookie, turn off heat and leave in oven over night
