||2 cups whole wheat flour
2/3 cup cornmeal
1/2 cup shelled sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup milk
Mix together flour, cornmeal and seeds.
Add oil, broth, 2 eggs and milk.
Let sit 15-20 minutes. On a lightly floured surface,
Roll dough out to 1/4 inch and cut into shapes
Brush with beaten egg.
Bake at 350 F for 25-35 minutes, or until golden
Cool on rack.
